Notifications

View and set notification preferences for your tasks and operations.

When you perform operation tasks using the UI or the SDK, you can check the status of these tasks on the Notifications page. Examples of tasks include:

  • Importing and exporting data
  • Sending model predictions for human review
  • Assigning benchmark agreement scores
  • Deleting data rows and projects

The notifications page displays tasks performed in the last 30 days and allows you to search for specific tasks by task name, type, status, and performer. Additionally, you can set up email alerts for specific tasks.

If you are an admin, project lead, or team manager, you can view and receive notifications for tasks performed by all users in the workspace or associated with your managed project.

Set up email notifications

On your user profile page, you can enable email notifications for the following types of tasks:

  • Assignment-related notifications when your group is assigned or unassigned from a project.
  • Batch-related notifications when a batch is added to a project or completed.
  • Issue-related notifications when an issue is created or resolved on a project.

If you have projects with labeling services, you can set up the following additional email notifications:

  • Project-related notifications:

    • If you are a customer who requested labeling services, you will be notified about project phase changes, labelers being promoted to production, and issue resolutions.
    • If you are a labeler, you will be notified when you are assigned to or removed from a project, when a project is promoted to production, or when an issue is opened on your data row.
  • Digest email summaries (project manager only): receive daily summaries of the project's activity from the previous day.
