Each Labelbox account is assigned one Organization. Creators of the account are assigned the role of Admin within the Organization. When you invite additional members to join your Organization, you can control how they access your projects by configuring their member roles. Each role has a predetermined set of permission settings. Specifying a member role is useful if you wish to limit a member to a certain project or restrict a member to certain actions. And if you wish to add an external workforce, you can limit their access to a specific project; so they won’t be able to view other projects, datasets, or ontologies created by your Organization.
You can think of a Project as the glue that holds your whole labeling workflow together. When you create a project, you will be asked to select a labeling interface, connect a dataset, and configure the ontology that will be used to label that dataset.
