Get the connected Slack workspace's bounded member catalog
Returns the people and apps of the connected Slack workspace, at most 2,000, read with that installation’s own credential, so a Slack trigger’s fromUserIds filter can be configured by picking authors instead of pasting their ids. Apps are listed with isBot=true; deleted accounts and the connection’s own bot are never listed. Only a Slack connection installed through Recursion can list members; any other answers 503 slack_members_unconfigured. Throttled reads return 429 slack_rate_limited. A list that stopped at the size budget says truncated=true, so absence from the list does not prove the member does not exist. If the Slack app lacks users:read the response is 422 slack_missing_scope.
