Get an agent's session upgrade
Returns the agent’s newest session upgrade: its state, the counts of sessions it asked to move, found current, skipped or could not ask, and a sample of the sessions it skipped. Read it again rather than keeping a copy while state is running. 404 when the agent is not one of the caller’s organization, when no upgrade has run for it, or the last one is past retention.
