All management tasks for your cloud integrations can be found by navigating to Settings > Workspace > Integrations. This page provides a central dashboard where you can view, update, and manage all your configured cloud storage connections.

View your integrations

The Integrations page displays a list of all your active connections. This table gives you an at-a-glance overview of each integration’s status and details.
Column nameDescription
NameThe custom name you assigned to the integration for easy identification (e.g., “Production Data Bucket”).
ProviderThe cloud provider for this integration (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Created atThe date the integration was first configured in Labelbox.
Last updatedThe last time any details of the integration were modified.
Last usedThe most recent time the integration was used by Labelbox to access data for a project.
StatusIndicates the health of the connection. A green checkmark means the connection is working correctly.

Update an integration

You can modify certain details of an integration after it has been created. This is useful if you need to update credentials or change the name. To update an integration:
  1. Navigate to the Settings > Integrations page.
  2. Locate the integration you wish to update in the list.
  3. Click the three-dot menu (…) on the far right of the integration’s row and select Edit.
  4. A modal window will appear where you can modify the integration’s details.
What you can update:
  • Integration Name: You can change the custom name at any time.
  • Credentials: You can update the credentials used to connect (e.g., paste a new JSON key for GCP, update a client secret for Azure, or change the Role ARN for AWS).
Note: You cannot change the cloud provider (e.g., from AWS to GCP) or the specific resource being accessed (e.g., change the S3 bucket name) after an integration is created. To connect to a different resource, you must create a new integration.

Delete an integration

Deleting an integration permanently removes the connection from Labelbox. This action will break any datasets that rely on this integration to access their data.
Warning: This action cannot be undone. Datasets linked to this integration will no longer be able to load their data. Proceed with caution.
To delete an integration:
  1. Navigate to the Settings > Integrations page.
  2. Locate the integration you wish to delete.
  3. Click the three-dot menu (…) on the far right and select Delete.
  4. A confirmation prompt will appear. To proceed, you must type the name of the integration to confirm your choice.
  5. Click Delete.
